Pros: Location of hotel was perfect for the activities our family was interested in.
Cons: Room remained humid and warm for the entirety of our stay. Thermostat read 65° and it was definitely no where near that temperature in the room. We also had to do everything short of beg to have the trash cans emptied and new towels brought to the room.
Pros: The hotel was gorgeous. Room was spacious and clean. Workout facility was very good as was all the staff we encountered.
Cons: Noisy neighbors, the fan in the heating system was very loud and there was a intermittent, unidentifiable tapping sound that kept us awake most of the night. I know the hotel has little control over who we get for neighbors and likely would have moved us if we would have called to complain but neither one of us wanted to disturb the other by calling down to the front desk in the middle of the night. They did remove our urban fee which was a very nice gesture.
Pros: Beautiful hotel.Clean and very modern.
Cons: Parking was awful. Took forever to find and poor signs to tell us when we were there. They would do very well to consider some sort of valet parking. Don't know if I could stay there again, just because of the parking.
Pros: Large and full service yet not corporate-looking and bland.
Cons: Very slow elevator.
