It's the second time I come here and I love it so much, that's the best hotel in the whole universe. I brought friends with me this time and they also loved the staff, the atmosphere, how clean the hotel is and all the benefits you get here!

The staff were more than friendly, they were kind and very professional. we want to send a special thank you to Angie to make our kids happy all time. I recommend this hotel clean and good location. 👪

The best family hotel you can choose for your family holiday.. amazing aqua park, wonderful animation team and DJ, special thanks to Mohamed Kapaka and Angie from the animation team , Angie is one of the best and friendly people that can make a very special memorable holiday for your kids ❤️❤️ variety of food and drinks in all inclusive package .. rooms are very specious and clean , Can't thank enough Mr.Mohamed Shokry for all his support and help…all the life guards team that took care of us while enjoying our rides… all the food and beverages team (Mr.Shady, Ibrahim, Walid, Mostafa,chef Ali Hassan from Soprano restaurant) It's our 3rd year in a row to visit this hotel and absolutely will be back again next year 👍 Dean & Maya

That's officially my favourite place in the world! It's clean, beautiful, the staff is amazing, food is delicious, the animation team and pool parties are the best! I already booked my next vacation in Albatros and I plan to visit it anytime I'm able to in the future.
